I’m want to make some white macarons for a friends party, not having much luck in keeping them from going a little brown.
Tried white white food dye with no luck, any help/advice greatly received

    For white shells I add a few grains of powdered purple food coloring to my meringue. Be very careful to not over do it. It will probably take a few tries to learn how much is necessary to counteract the browning.

    You can do the same for white buttercream. But if you’re using a water based powder for that just activate it in your cream or a single drop of water first.
