This is my first time meal prepping for the week and I’m pretty excited. This was super easy to cook and now I can relax without worrying about what I’m going to eat and if it fits in my calorie budget.

Plus it was super affordable. This didn’t cost me more than 25 bucks. So I’m saving money, eating healthy, and getting snatched.

Pasta bowl- turkey and marinara sauce with farfalle pasta. Mixed veggies with chicken, Gouda, and apple sausage = 460 calories

Taco bowl( without the shell) – taco seasoned turkey, refried beans, and green beans = 456

I loaded on veggies and made some of my faves by tweaking a few things here and there to make them more healthy.
