I believe we found a bug vacuumed sealed in our chicken. We just restarted Hello Fresh because of some previous issues including late deliveries, rotten vegetables or missing ingredients. I think I'm officially done.
We really enjoy the process of hello fresh meaning pick meals each week and try something new that I would never think about cooking. That's the part I enjoy.
Has anyone tried another service? I want to keep using them but it's hard too.

I no longer get chicken dishes from them. They’re rank. Today I threw away my entire box. It was basically destroyed. Shrimp juice on everything. All the meal bags were soaked and ripping. I was so grossed out. It was such a chore to empty all the contaminated items and throw them out. I had to do a full kitchen clean since I didn’t realize it was shrimp juice (and not just condensation) until after I removed everything and put them on my counter and in my fridge. Really pissed right now. Thanks for the reminder to cancel.
Ye that’s disgusting I agree, but I’m sure there is worse living in everyone’s house. If that was a restaurant it would be flicked onto the floor and you wouldn’t know. They can’t see everything.
Your other problems aren’t excusable though.
That’s awful! I’m in western Canada and have always received excellent quality chicken. I guess quality can vary based on location 🤷♀️
