I roasted 3 big tomatoes, half a small onion, 2 garlic cloves and blended them together with a splash of milk a dash of cane sugar, salt, pepper, and basil. I added some Parmesan cheese 1/8 cup 50 calories worth and homemade croutons made with the 35 calorie carb counter bread.
