Hey Mr. Chris! I've watched you talk about food for a long time now, ever since I was a kid watching America's Test Kitchen. I just wanted to say I'm happy to see you still talk about your passion, and thank you and your team for the delicious recipes!
I put a tablespoon of ouzo in the filling that is very subtle but spectacular. I tend to wrap mine in hand-pie style in triangles but this would take less time. The hand pies in four inch style are great for appetizers.
Feta smells like someone vomited in the box. Don’t be snooty and pretend that stinky stuff is good just because they eat it in Europe. Yuck.
