Garlic Butter Fried Rice with Steak and Pickled Egg Yolk Recipe

Hey guys! Today I’m making a super easy and delicious meal – garlic butter fried rice with steak and pickled egg yolk. The steak’s perfectly seared, the rice is packed with flavor, and the pickled egg yolk adds that extra kick of umami. It’s a simple recipe that tastes amazing – let’s dive in!

Ingredient:

• 300 g leftover jasmine rice
• 1 ½ tbsp minced garlic
• 30 g salted butter
• 1 tsp Fountain Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Ayam Light Soy Sauce
• 30 g finely chopped carrots
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of Ros dee pork flavor seasoning (optional)

Ribeye Steak Ingredients

• 1 ribeye steak (about 250-300 g)
• Salt (to taste)
• Black pepper (to taste)
• 1 tbsp beef tallow (or enough to sear the steak)

Pickled Egg Yolk:

• 2-4 fresh egg yolks
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp syrup (sugar can work well)

  5. You are quite the home maker, especially with the pretty carrot leaves. I've never tried pickled eggs. I'd do it with partially cooked eggs with soft yolks.

  8. Think about coming to the U.S.and opening a Thai Restaurant in a warm State like Florida. You certainly have the know how for many fine meals,and you "re friendly and outgoing. The expense could be undertaken by investors after you declare your intention to do such a Restaurant. Based on videos you would have many customers.

  10. Great dish Sai !! I like to leave my steak in the fridge uncovered over night and season it 2hrs before grilling. Helps to remove moisture for a nice crust!!!
