I swear volume eating has been the biggest game changer for me. I never feel like Iโ€™m โ€œdietingโ€ when I eat like this ๐Ÿฅน

Tonightโ€™s dinner was a meatball sandwich (I just used half a roll), I spread a nice layer of cottage cheese on the roll before toasting it in the oven then adding lettuce and meatballs on top!

I personally prefer to cook without oil (but I do use some really good non stick pans I splurged on) so I just fried up the meatballs and added some pre-made bolognese sauce to them.

My fries are spudlite low carb potatoes that I chopped using a mandoline!!! I seasoned with garlic and herb seasoning then popped into the air fryer to cook.
