First time cooking pork shoulder in my slow cooker! Delectable.

Just seasoned it with salt, pepper, garlic, and some extra Brazilian rock salt. We ate it all week, mostly as sliders for lunch 🥰

    That looks delicious. I’d probably throw some of it in a frying pan and crispy it up a little bit so I could pretend it was carnitas. Going to have to try that myself. How long did you cook it for?

    I love pork shoulder in the slow cooker! Have had one in the crock 3x over the last few weeks.

    This week will be pho though, kids are tired of pork but I’d do it again. Its so easy and you get so much food from it
