It was pretty good. Red wine caramelized onions and some garlic truffle butter on the stek. Twice baked tater (store bought can't claim credit for that), sauteed sprouts with balsamic glaze, toasted nuts, and goat cheese crumbles, and then some peppers/jalapenos/tomatoes I cooked in the steak juice pan with some chili oil. 🙂
