It says I need 3100-3300 calories bcus im working out everyday until I have small syncope (just a way of coping). Also I dont feel hungry and I feel like overeating when do more than 1,2k. Should I trust my body or can I go over 1,2k I feel like I wont lose weight if I eat and dont feel hungry.

I lost about 20lbs in a month…
For example I still can do over 80kg chest press, before it was 110kg… so I lost about 30% of strength,

Im getting around 100g proteins 100g carbs and 20-30g fat everyday.

I dont need comments like get therapy or something bcus I already have 2 offline Psychologists and one online

Great job, but your losing weight way too quickly, especially for someone of your BMI (28ish). I would increase your calories, and aim for 2lb/week. The fact that you lost so much strength in 1 month is concerning!

You need to eat like another 1000 calories per day otherwise you’ll keep burning through muscle because you’re not eating enough. If you’re working out at least a few times per week I’d also try to get a lot of those calories from protein

If you lose so much strength so quickly, you’ll just have to bulk up again to gain that strength back.

It’s much better to eat more, maintain strength, and lose weight at a slightly lower rate.

I’d up your calories to 2.2k per day, see how your body reacts. Keep adjusting week by week until you are losing 1 to 2 pounds per week. You shouldn’t be losing more than that in a week.
