I see a ton 0-400 method posts so I wanted to throw out another method I found on Reddit years ago.

Season your wings with whatever you prefer. I love a little SPG then Franks Red Hot dry seasoning. We’ve used BBQ dry rub and several Meat Church rubs.

Fire up your Traeger to 185. Once it’s up to temp, put your wings on. Let them cook at 185 for about 30-45 minutes.

Next, raise the temp to 350 and flip your wings. Let them cook for another 30-45 minutes or until they’re as crispy as you like them.

One of these pics shows a wing that I took off sooner. The pic on the grill shows them a lot crispier.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

  2. Yup, this is the old u/cookinwithclint method – wonder if he’s still on here. I’ve been using it for years, always great wings.

I see a lot of people say to put baking powder in your rub and/or air dry them in the fridge for a day before cooking. Did you do any of that?
