The set temperature won’t change with the dial, the dial won’t even turn it off. If I turn it to off, unplug it, then plug it back in, it does not instantly turn on but as soon as I turn it to 200 it’s stuck there. Anyone else have this issue and successfully fix it?

I have the same smoker, but I have never had this problem (now I’m scared). My only complaint with mine is the “low pellet” alarm that will not turn off even after you have filled the hopper to the brim.
