2 pumps of white mocha is 125 calories and splash of nonfat milk in a grande drink is about 25 calories.

If you go on the app and just “order” a grande iced caffe americano with no add-ins it says 15 calories, so I think that’s the calories JUST for the espresso. I thought the app would update the calories if you add stuff in, but seems not so. So to the 15 you’d have to add whatever if any calories in the splenda (internet says 4/packet) and sugar free syrup (internet says 0), the definite calories for the white chocolate mocha (internet says 60/pump eesh), and then the calories for whatever a “splash” of nonfat milk is.

hey! the uk starbucks app allows customisation – don’t have splenda as an option but check if i’ve put the other info right

I am diabetic and so I make my cold brew at home. I order sugar free syrups from Amazon.

So for the Starbucks app it does NOT adjust calories for any changes you make.
15 calories is the calories in the Americano iced as is with nothing else.
So when you make adjustments you have to add them yourself.
Starbucks should really change this feature, a lot of other places will adjust calories as you edit the items like Chik Fil A but to be honest as someone who worked there for a long time, they really don’t care about healthy options, only the illusion of healthy options.

I drink it black. That’s 15 calories
Most of the artificial sugar free stuff you’re adding is zero calories but the pumps of sauce have around 50 calories/each.
Switch to black coffee and you’re golden!

So processed and a true waste of calories 💛

I love a grande iced americano (15cal) with 1 pump of vanilla (31 cal) and 1 pump pumpkin (30cal). Super yum! And only around 80 calories. It’s also really good with one pump chai (32 cal) instead of vanilla and it is still under 80 calories.

The coffee itself is 15 calories. The sugar syrups added are not. The white chocolate mocha is at least 60-100 calories alone per pump.

This looks incredibly sweet, it’s totally possible to wane down your baseline sweet preference which will be helpful. My go to Starbucks order became Americano with some 2% and 1 pump of white mocha which is delicious

Starbucks app doesn’t adjust calories when you modify a drink

I’m not trying to be abrasive, but learn to enjoy foods without added sugar or non-sugar sweeteners. A splash of milk or something will have such a small effect, but sweeteners just furthers your sugar addiction. I’ll be the first to say that getting off of sugar is fucking tough, but it’s worth it. For coffee in particular, if you learn to drink it black, it’s lovely and opens a new world for you. Salt however…that’s shit I’ll die over.

Unfortunately no. The white chocolate mocha sauce has about 50 calories per pump. So the drink has around 115 calories total.
15 calories is just for the normal iced Americano. The app does not update calories for any customisation
The starbucks app is pretty crappy for calculating calories unfortunately
All those things are extra. An Americano is just black coffee with virtually no cals.
The Starbucks app does not provide accurate calories. Try this:
