A whole month of late or destroyed boxes. 1st box 3 days late. Thrown out. 2nd box 2 days late vegetables destroyed and now they send one with no insulation 2 days late. Time to cancel – not supporting waste

This is crazy. I can’t believe someone thought this was ok to ship out. I cancelled a few days ago and should probably dip out of this sub but I guess I’m hoping it gets better. To be fair, everything kinda sucks now. I don’t even buy chicken unless it bell and Evan’s bc they’re currently the only company I trust.

Where in Canada are you? I’ve had zero issues other than a squashed sour cream packet. I’m in Hamilton, so I get my stuff from the Toronto distribution centre.

I just cancelled yesterday. Our first box was the only one that wasn’t missing ingredients. The third box came without all the dairy products that would have been needed to make 3/4 of our meals, I called them last night for a refund as well as to have the credits accumulated to be refunded back as well. So disappointing because I was actually really enjoying the service and it was saving me time throughout my week but it’s not worth it if they can’t be bothered to ship things out properly.

Yep, it wasn’t what it used to be. I remember getting a subscription in 2018 – was a fantastic service. Now it’s diabolical!!!
