Today I want to share with you my lunch, it came out veery good, overall the plate was around 350 calories.
Recipe:
I put on a pan: freezed already cut onion (super usefull). I've let it unfrooze and start caramelize a bit, then added two carrots in very thin slice; I bough the manual slicer…I love it in 10sec you slice in perfect thin slice everything…and kept cooking a bit.
At this point added a couple of tomatoes in cubes, fish stock cube, ail, a bit of tomatoes concentrated, aneth (I love this), parsley and a little bit of erythritol (keypoint). Cooked it a couple a minutes strong and added natural tuna in can. I've then added a pack of konjac maccheroni and cooked like 10/15min at max possible…voilà! 🍛🥘
