I was already excited about making these after seeing the post yesterday (so my expectations were high) and they blew me out of the water!

I hate mayo so I made mashed potatoes (with a ton of scallions) instead of potato salad and, on a whim, decided to use the smoky mustard sauce (sent for the unmade potato salad) to make the glaze and WOW! Such a good dish!
