I got this mangled piece of chicken breast the other day. For once I complained.

    I don’t blame you. For the most part, I get decent cuts of chicken/meat. Every once in a while I’ll get a piece of chicken that I’m not thrilled about, though I don’t think I ever got one as mangled as your picture. I think I would have complained as well. I do try to keep in mind that they have a huge customer base and that I’m not always going to get perfect cuts of meat… it’s their supplier’s fault. But HF needs to made aware so that they can bring it up to the supplier if they get a lot of complaints. Hopefully the supplier rectifies the issue or HF changes their supplier.

    Personally, I would prefer a mangled chicken over the super thick pieces I get sometimes.

    Edit: I think it’s a cultural thing, we always cook our chicken as thin as humanly possible.

    I totally forgot to do that with my box from last week, my chicken looked exactly like that and was very stringy.

    I feel like my chicken is always like this and my veggies are always some form of rotten. I could complain about 1-3 things each box but I feel bad doing that like I’m lying bc I can’t send pics for proof lol so I just don’t

    This looks to be about normal from my recent experiences. I have HF on an extended pause, but should just cancel.
