I roasted the chickpeas w garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika + squeeze of lime juice at 350 for abt 15-20 mins. Nice little crunch on the outside of them 🙂 shredded carrots and then bitchin sauce. Soooooo yummy for a little lunch

My only note is that I always double layer the lettuce when I make something like this. Easy extra veggies.
