Here’s how you make this delicious smoked garlic butter.

Ingredients:
– Salted Butter
– Garlic Cloves
– Fresh Thyme
– Fresh Rosemary
– Fresh Chives
– Fresh Parsley
– 100% Lump Coal

Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients
Roast your garlic in a pan or on the oven and then smash it into a smooth paste.
Finely chop your herbs and set aside while you melt your butter.

Step 2: Mix & Jar Your Ingredients
into a jar, add your melted butter, smashed garlic, and chopped herbs. Make sure you’re leaving a little bit of room at the top for your coal.

Step 3: Add Your Coal & Smoke
Add your burning coal to your jar, close it up tight, and turn the jar over to let it rest for at least an hour.

Once your hour is up, carefully remove your coal and your smoked garlic butter is ready to use.

Definitely save this recipe— this is a total game changer.

  1. It’s called Hardwood lump charcoal. It’s cooked wood chunks, not pre-formed briquettes like Kingsford.

They have it at Lowe’s and Home Depot.

It burns way hotter and faster than briquettes, but the flavor is out standing.

  2. Thanks chef. With your advice I’ve used garlic butter on everything. It has since improved my sex life with the wife 👌

  3. It makes no fucking sense. How’s the smoke pinch trading through the liquid? It’s just resting on top so therefore on the top way around a little smoky flavor.
