I don’t like what I’m assuming here is beef liver, but I sure do love chicken livers!
I usually slow roast them after a bit of a pan sear, but I use a shitpot of onions! Green onions as well for a garnish.

That looks like salami. They sell liver like this and not a floppy disgusting actual liver? I’ve never even considered even looking at what any of it actually looks like because the thought of it was enough for me to never ever even look at the dish. Not curious one bit. But now I see it’s like salami??

What does liverwurst taste like? All I can find about it is that it’s like an umami bologna, but that seems really vague.
I grew up in a household that was anti-liver and anti-Brussels sprout. I love Brussel sprouts, so I’m just curious about this “forbidden” food.
