After 3 years of good service, my sous vide cooker broke down.
I was cooking chicken with it when it started making noises, when i checked it and removed the inox protective casing, it broke.
So, what to buy now ? I was fully satisfied of it so, another Inkbird ISV-200 ? An ISV-300 / ISV-101 ? Another brand ?

My original anovas that got the wifi shutdown have worked perfectly fine for the last 6 years. I have 3 original and 1 newer. I will buy used older versions of the anovas from the cry babies that lost their wifi/ bluetooth. They are tried and true workhorses that work with no BS.
