So I’ve never grown tomatoes. More of a succulent guy myself. But I do love a tasty tomato and I have these organic heirloom tomatoes from the store that I noticed one of them has seeds sprouting inside the fruit.
Should I open it up and try to plant the sprouts? Or should I just set it in soil and see what happens?

I’d bury the tomato
Reminds me of the movie Alien
If you live in the northern hemisphere fall is about to bring in frost and cold potentially, depending on where you live. A plant won’t handle a deep freeze. If Florida have at it. Elsewhere maybe put it in a pot and move it inside before the freeze
This is like a super-slo-mo Alien exploding from chest scene
Viviparaaaaaaugh!!!!!!
Is it positive that those are sprouts, because they look like worms?
If they are actually sprouts, definitely plant that tomato, maybe in a separate box or pot tho, just in case.
Maybe peel the thin layer of tomato skin just to open it, and then plant the whole tomato.
Cool vivipary!
I had this happen to a tomato on my kitchen counter last year around this time. Planted it and grew beautiful tomatoes! I’m in South FL.
