I really want like riced cauliflower, but the texture always throws me off when I take a bite. Any suggestions on how to work through that?

Wow, just look at that Cauliflower Fried Rice! It’s packed with colorful veggies and tossed in a tasty soy sauce that makes every bite pop with flavor. The fluffy cauliflower rice gives it the perfect texture, and that little bit of scrambled egg adds a nice touch. It’s a healthier twist on a classic dish, and honestly, it looks so delicious you won’t believe it’s low-carb! I can’t wait to taste this recipe!

It looks good, cauliflower fried rice was a staple for me for awhile. If you want to get a little more texture and flavor add some sunflower or pumpkin seeds and toss the “rice” with a bit of oil and pre roast it in the oven until it lightly browns before doing the pan fry. It dry’s it out a bit and gives you some of those toasty flavors. I eventually dropped the stovetop fry and started doing it entirely on a sheet pan (except the egg). To up the toasted flavor add a touch of sesame oil (it doesn’t take much) just before serving.
