My wife laughed when I said that I wanted a Santa Maria "you already have a BBQ and 2 offset smokers, you don't need another one" I think she loves our Blackstone or forgot about it cause she didn't bring that one up lol.   9. I am sorry being from the south you need to get a cast iron pan and cook it all together so the shrimp soaks up the seasoning

  10. I don't get freezing the butter just to put it back on the shrimp and melt it w a blow torch. Why not keep it in a bowl and toss the shrimp in it when you take them off the flattop?
