Chocolate chip Cookie 🍪

I have no words to describe this chocolate chip cookies,
There is a secret to perfectly soft and chewy cookies. Change your homemade cookie game.
stick to one ingredient, mixing the dry ingredients together and separating the liquids. Refrigerate is very important, for two to three hours at least or overnight.

Ingredient
290g flour
89 baking powder
8g baking sada
170 g butter
150 g brown sugar
1 tbp salt
2 Lorge eggs
226g bittersweet Chocolate Cholled into bite size pieces.

1 In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2 Combine the butter, sugar, and brown sugar and beat for 1 minute by hand, Add the eggs one at a time. and beat for another minute.

3 Pour the flour mixture into the bowl and use the spatula to mix. until all the dry ingredients are incorporated.

4 Place the chopped chocolate on top of the mixture and use the spatula to mix until everything is distributed,

5 scoop them out with a spoon. top with some chocolate. Place the cookie in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

6 Bake [350°F] 180 °C for 8 or 9 minutes.
