Tried to make this last night. Should have burnt it a bit more but the tomatoes were exploding on me and I got scared.

Also couldn't find straciatella or ricotta anywhere because I live in the Philippines so I just made do with whipped cream cheese.

Liked it tho. Sure has a kick. And the texture is something else. I'll try to make it again if I can source a better cheese.

    I dont think you have to burn it anymore, the colour looks fine? Looks delicious. Mightve needed more sauce if it wasnt for the cheese. Id make it more often if it wasnt for the fact that the noodles take so long to cook.
