    With macarons, it could be a million things lol. But the meringue not being stiff enough can definitely cause issues.

    I always test it by holding the bowl over my head and shaking. Scary πŸ˜‚ but I’ve never had it fall on me. Does your meringue look glossy and stiff when you stop mixing and hold the whisk up straight?

    I’ve never seen macarons do this but usually if your feet are too ruffley it’s because your oven is too hot
