I added 2 tbs shoyu to the bowl, along with the season packet and seasoning oil. I added 400ml boiling water to the bowl and then microwaved the Broth so it was really nice and hot. The pork was left over roast pork belly that I charred in the air fryer. Bonus is the ajitama I had curing for 3 days. It was the best part!
