This was a Pappardelle in butter and sundried tomato sauce with Parmesan on top (I think?). From a vegetarian but very cool Italian restaurant in India. Not so big on the authenticity. But they are one of the few restaurants here with pappardelle and certain other pasta shapes.

I loved the sauce and the dish overall

  3. Even if is very enjoyable, i love it myself, garlic bread has nothing to do with pasta.

    When you see garlic on pasta that’s not italian for sure.

    Garlic bread is the murican cousin of bruschetta.
