See Sea Sim Restaurant in Olhão sits in a stunning location overlooking the Ria Formosa. It serves delicious traditional Portuguese dishes infused with an Asian twist, thanks to the creativity of their new chef! We began our meal with a Mojito and a Cosmopolitan, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

For our starter, we went with a sharing dish—an exceptional risotto with a twist! This dish featured fried celery, fried xerem, creamed spinach, tuna, and Parmesan cheese, creating a flavorful combination. Next up was the rosé sangria, which turned out to be one of the best we’ve had.

For the main course, we enjoyed Fillet Steak Pico Pau style with a rich teriyaki sauce and tenderloin pork accompanied by creamed spinach, fried xerem, fried celery, peppers, and onions. The flavors were beautifully balanced, making each bite a true delight. If you’re in Olhão and looking for a unique culinary experience, See Sea Sim is a must-visit!
