Basically what the title says. My grocery order got mixed up and I ended up with a huge container of this yogurt for free. So far, I’ve put it in smoothies and made a dip for sweet potato fries with it, but I’m not sure what else would be yummy. What are your favorite lower cal (and vegetarian, please!) ways to use vanilla Greek yogurt?

Looks like the cat would be happy to help get rid of it
Add some chocolate chips or chopped fruit and make frozen yogurt bark
I just eat it plain with berries added for volume.
I use it with fiber gourmet flour in every baking recipe i do instead of vegetable oil. I literally go through like a tub of this a week
You can use it to replace non-egg liquids in baked goods, it helps keep baked goods moist and the tartness works well with things like banana bread or muffins
Get a spoon and some cereal

She’s got a recipe for pumpkin too. They’re both delicious.
Pretty kitty!! 🐱
I eat 6oz yogurt everyday for breakfast. I put it on top of cooked oats and add defrosted frozen blueberries. I also use .5oz chia seeds mixed with water mix into a pudding then add yogurt and fruit to it.
* 150g of the yoghurt
* 50g cottage cheese
* 15g corn starch
* 1 egg
* Add sweetener to taste if you need it
Blend all ingredients, bake in a suitable oven proof dish at 190°c for 20 minutes (I do it in 3 ramekins for individual servings)
125 calorie cheesecake. Can mix in berries or some chocolate chips or cocoa powder etc for variations
Go great w/SF preserves & Fat Free Reddi Wip
Milk & Cookies, Peach, Salted Caramel, Strawberry Cheesecake & Pumpkin Spice r my fav flavs
Make some smoothies that are yogurt-heavy and put them in popsicle shells and freeze them for some fruity froyo.
I like to make myself frozen yogurt “pies” in a ramekin. I’ll crush up Catalina crunch cereal mix it with a bit of butter and lay down my “crust”, then I add yogurt either blended or mixed with berries, and then I add sugar free melted chocolate or coconut whipped cream on the top. Before adding the final topping I set it in the freezer for a couple hours
You have a beautiful cat 🐈
give it to me 🤔
Just eat it? That’s only 4 servings
I pair mine with Quaker’s protein granola!
LOVE overnight oats with Greek yogurt
eat it? it’s literally just a container of vanilla greek yogurt. Shouldn’t take you more than like 3 days if you have it as some snacks
Just eat it with fruit
i just eat mine with frozen berries and honey or put into protein oats
Smoothies, or add a tablespoon of cocoa powder for a faux chocolate pudding, or no-bake faux cheesecake (I see yogurt cheesecake up there too; also good), baked goods to add moisture, tzatziki though might be a little sweet with that particular flavor.
I forget the post, but it’s probably somewhere around top of all time?
Someone took fresh peaches and baked them until they were nice and caramelized and sprinkled a tiny bit of cinnamon over it if I recall.
I’ve yet to try it because I always forget yogurt is an option, but it *sounds* damn delicious.
Edit: if not obvious, the peaches go in the yogurt lmao
bro its not even that big what a stupid post
