Started in a bakery about a month ago and have really been enjoying learning the decorating process. I have no previous experience (though I do have artistic experience), so I know there are some rough bits. The icing is more of a thick texture (no Royal icing for me yet), so it takes a bit to get it smooth. This week is a colorful fall theme.

Is this buttercream? If so these look especially amazing! Buttercream tastes a so much better than Royal icing too.
