  1. I understand sweet fruits only as a prime way to get a bear (or a human) prepared with lots of fat stores for the whiter.
    If you whant to use them for this purpose, go ahead, as it is normal to eat them during late summer and fall.
    (I eat them too, but try to get less sweet fruit and more high-nutrient fruit, like pomegranate, currants, wild blueberries, sea blackthorn, aronia etc.)

  2. DR Morse has a video on Morsetv of a woman who's talking about her stage 4 breast cancer and Dr.Morse got her on fruits and herbs. Stage 4 cancer person should be the last candidate to be put on fruits according to what you are saying. Paul please Can I please get some explanation on that. Dr Morse swears by fruit and he has been doing this a long time too. I am totally confused Paul. Many of the people that healed on his protocol are not even athletes. I don't even think these people walk 20 minutes a day because they would have added that in their testimony. Nobody should have ever healed on Dr. Morse's protocols according to you guys. That lady with the stage 4 healed within a few months. How does that happen? Is it because the diet is only fruit? I am angrily confused because I have been following all of you guys for a long time. Paul I have your book "the daylight diet" on my shelf for many years now. I am not arguing about what anybody is saying but how do you explain the healing on fruit. Please reply Paul and like I said I am not arguing with anybody because I follow all of you guys. Plus everybody that I know do not eat raw at all. Many people are not even aware this nutrition modality exist. I am very annoyed that you experts are going back and forth with this info. This is coming from a very concerned viewer. I am not sick but I don't know how to proceed with this info.

    There are many fruit-eaters who eat young greens or sprouts. Most Natural Hygienists I know do. I’m one. 😊

  4. I am losing total faith. I;ve been watching all the plant based doctors for a long time and have everybody's books. Dr Esselstyn, Dr T Colin Campbell and all the others are in their eighties now and Thriving. I am totally confused. There should not be one person alive in the world if all you guys are saying is the total truth about sickness and nutrition. Paul you are a beleiver, maybe the healing has nothing to do with nutrition. That seems to be the only explantation to me. Dr Esselstyn looks quite tall and standing with a straight spine and he does not do raw foor nor green juices nor sprouts. His recipe books have none of these foods.These plant based doctors and their families are on COOKED PLANT BASED eating acrilamide oatmeal and Cooked kale that Brian just said is a no no because plant has oil in it and cooked oil is a problem. I need to get some clarity before I get into my fifties in this. My problem now is that I have been on raw food for quite a few years and I always hear Dr. Fred Bisci saying it is not a good idea to go back to cook after being raw.

  5. You mean he only eats FIBER once a day. He’s eating 5 times a day actually not once, 4 green drinks and one meal with the fiber.

    To really only eat once a day is not natural or sustainable or practiced by any great apes ever, a type of which we physically clearly are.

    Green drinks are LOADED with much needed excellent nutrients and are great!

  6. I would like to learn more about eating raw on sprouted foods. I feel better when eating mostly raw, 3 meals a day with no snacking in between.

  7. Thank you for this important information. I am interested in learning about soaking and sprouting. Very interested in learning more about the Hippocrates diet. Can you please ask him if he believes that cruciferous greens and seaweeds like dulse shouldn’t be eaten together because they interfere with each other? Can nuts and seeds contribute to sugars fermenting in the body?

  8. I saw an interview with OKRAW. And a man had a stroke eating a raw food diet due to fruit and fat from nuts. To much sugar and fat will hurt you

  11. I'm in the Sprout Camp. I've been Raw for 17 years and eat the Hippocrates way thru all of it. I eat virtually NO Fruit and feel much better doing that. I require only 2 to 3 hours sleep a night and have unlimited energy. You can have the fruit – – I don't want any part of it. I would never want to sleep 8 or 10 hours a night. . . who wants to waste their life sleeping? Not me!

    Paul to me, you live on fruit sugar. .. it's your addiction. You're much younger than me but you look older – – even older than Brian and I know he's older than both of us. Fruit ages people – – sugar ages people prematurely. Something dehydrated occasionally is fine – – We Don't Eat Fruit! I would NOT eat it. Dehydration is Not a Need – – but it does add some pleasure having something crispy now and then. Everything is not about sugar – – except to those addicted to fruit.

Perso ally i went from vegan to raw vegan and tried dehydrated foods at Raw Vegan restaurants and immediately felt horrid so ive never had the desire to dehydrate anything and this has been something ive tried over and over . Also i tried his style of raw and felt great and the fruit style on high fruit . there us a tendency to eat all the time like a termite. Its mostly water so i feel more energy on fruit but i try to eat a lot of seaweed when i eat fruit and that seems to be the jey … Its minerals we crave and most of us don't have time to make green drinks and sprouts. So my experience is that seaweeds are my staple for minerals. I eat mangoes pineapple as my favorite carbs and raw coconut and avocado as the most digestible fats. Chia and hemp and sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds and flax i eat now and then . i dont make salads anymore because i just eat one thing at a time and don't mix foods . like i just eat mangoes and later eat ared bell pepper with an avocado and dump kelp on it….. Raw cacao mixed with raw dried coconut shreds and some coconut sugar is a great desert …. Just eat it like that with a spoon ….. Coconut is the only fat i mix with fruit

  13. Fat of any kind is high calorie. The hippocrates diet is high calorie. High calories in a diet has not proven to be good for longevity. Starches, yes, fat, no. I have seen no proof ever from Brian Clement that the diet he espouses creates longevity. In addition, Brian Clement does not look healthy. My first thought was of Madame Toussad's Wax Museum. Those who eat sane amounts of fruit, abundant dark greens, sprouts and vegetables, with small amounts of mostly seeds, limited nuts seem to be the healthy ones. (And many are proving, that for long periods, no fat is needed in a healthy raw diet.)

  14. Not "everyone" on a raw diet overeats, Paul. Check out Eli Martyr and Orvel Douglas who only eat one raw meal a day, and Orvel has for 13 years. These are just two extraordinary examples. You can listen on youtube, many long term raw food people who have eaten this diet for years, and who have adapted to a healthy, minimum-optimum raw food diet.

  15. Brian Clement has helped many many people over many years. But he is incorrect about fruit, and his seeming to be the "holy grail" about sugar information is just plain wrong. There have been those who not only healed serious bowel situations but went on to thrive on eating ONLY bananas for extended periods of time–significant amounts of months. And I have heard several speak about this. And not only bananas but, papayas, and mangoes also. Stop dissing fruit. The across the board negativity is just not true. Even less than quality fruit is giving people great results of health and healing.

  16. It makes NO sense whatsoever to even eat ANY nuts and seeds…I've been down this field of dreams for YEARS!!!! Spent two with at Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center with Dr Gabriel Cousens…HORRIBLE…AND I have it on very good authority that Dr Cousens who bugged out to Israel HAD A STROKE He promoted the nuts, using them in sauces etc…To open nuts in nature without nut crackers etc would have been VERY difficult…and greens, LOTS of oxalates and hard to digest cellulose fiber.. I"ve never done so well as when on fruit…Sure, people with fungus and yeast (and that's ALOT of people) may have exacerbation of issues…But in the positive, it's the eating too much, even eating daily that is the big problem…..And age, body type and maybe even ancestry all come into play too…..

  17. High nutritional foods, low calories? Isn't that the same as Joel Fuhrman's protocol? The nutritarian diet? GBOMBS?

  19. I have a friend that hasn’t eaten anything or drink anything in over 20 years. He is a breatharian. This concept makes every other concept go out the window. Food is like our cigarette for our emotional issues

In Genesis 1:29, God said what is our Food from him, for the Food that God gave to his Children, Adam and Eve is our Food from him, Food from his Beautiful Garden, and remember, Eve picked a Apple and not a Carrot, for Fruit is numher One and Plants, the Vegetables is number 2. Trees drops the Fruit so, we can Eat it and Plants need to be Replanted.   22. When in history did we eat sprouts and grass? Ok, Ann Wigmore did this to survive, but we are not in her situation anymore. We have shops on every corner full with fresh fruits and veggies. ❤
