If anyone wants an easy dough recipe
1 TBSP instant yeast
1 TBSP sugar
2 CUPS warm water
Stir and set aside while you prepare the rest in a separate bowl
4 CUPS Flour
1 tsp salt
2 pizza pans greased with olive oil or margarine
Preheat the oven to 170 then turn off
Mix wet and dry bowls, knead until you form a ball, if you want you can add 1-2 TBSP olive oil. The ball will still be sticky. Leave it in the bowl for 10 minutes with a dishcloth or lid on the bowl. When it has expanded, cut into 2 and roll on a floured surface. Transfer to the pans and set in the warmed oven to proof for 10 minutes. I like to prep the topping in this time, once it’s proofed add your sauce and toppings ! I bake at 400 in the middle rack, depending on how much sauce/toppings usually cooks around 30 min. The “meat” is 2 beyond burgers crumbled cooked in a pan with oregano, garlic, chili flakes and basil.
