
First time I tried but i kinda nailed it
Tofu 600g
Water 350ml
Enoki mushroom as you wish
Spring Onion as you wish
Perilla Oil 2 spoons
Perilla seeds 2 spoons
Red pepper powder 3 spoons
Minced garlic 2 spoons
Salted shrimp Jeotgal 1 spoon
It really went well with bowls of rice
