this container is apparently 4 cups. recipe and ingredient breakdown that I used on slide 3 and 4. I will say using a good protein powder is key but you cannot taste the palm rice/cauliflower and I feel like it gives it a good texture. I like having this for breakfast when I know I’m gonna have a bigger dinner later and need something low cal high volume to fill me up or to use it as a base to add PB, fruit, more yogurt etc. you can get super creative with this! Also I know this is going to be asked, you could eat this hot or cold.
