First time onion lover, onions from the garden are finally finished and I just had to cook one for breakfast, any advice?

If you’re using high heat, you’ve gotta keep those babies moving. You literally must babysit them the whole time. Otherwise, cook ‘em low and slow

Looks perfect to me! Have it with 3 pieces of toast, 2 fried eggs and a mimosa (or coffee) for one of the best breakfasts ever! Even moreso if you cooked those in bacon fat

  3. Add in some garlic, butter, onion, salt, pepper, more onion.

Advice – take spoon. Dip spoon. Eat from spoon. These may be a touch charred, but they’re still onions! Eat. Eat. Eat.
