    One of my favorite. If you add an egg in the middle (white should be cooked, yolk should be soft) you will create my favorite the pizza Bismark (I think you can only find it in Piedmont in Italy, I live in Torino and I never found Bismark outside of Piedmont… Some “Bismark pizza” outside of Piedmont are completely wrong… Bismark is a base Margherita + prosciutto cotto + 1 egg) .
