Literally so good and so filling!!! Sharing because I’m a 5’0 guy who’s always hungry but is trying to lose some weight. My caloric intake is 1300cals per day 🥲 so I am trying to be mindful of what I’m eating.
Recipe:
– 1 container of ground turkey
-1 zucchini
-3 cups broccoli
-1 package riced cauliflower
-lettuce
-steamed carrots
-onion and garlic
-spices
Serve with:
-hot sauce
-1/4 avocado w/ each serving
-a couple tablespoons of plain nonfat yogurt
-Trader Joe’s low carb tortillas
