    I worked as a baker for a super small wholesale bakery (we most supplied to local coffee shops & cafés and stuff) and the entire two weeks before Thanksgiving was absolute hell. I made so many fucking pies. Our freezers were all full of pies. Oh where’s the order for Dineen? Underneath the mountain of pies!!!!

    Anyway, these look beautiful! Stay strong you beautiful pie soldier. I salute you.

    This photo brought back memories of my time at a small chain bakery. I am not a fan of pumpkin-flavored anything, so of course, with my luck, I was responsible for mixing the pumpkin pie filling, making pumpkin cheesecakes with gingerbread crust, and making the pumpkin whoopie pies. 😭
