Semi home made!

Used a sichuan recipe for a boiled beef stew as the base for this ramen. Lots of aromatics are sizzled to life first in a wok. The beef is marinated and hydrated using water, egg, soy, salt, potato starch, and oil. From there it’s kind of do what you want for veggies etc.
