A quick Google image search would suggest that, yes, they are ripe. You could try sampling one if the heat isn’t an issue. I know plenty of growers who enjoy growing, but not eating, super hot peppers. It should be extremely hot, but not bitter or “green” tasting.

I froze all my peppers I’ve harvested all season.

I had multiple gallon Ziploc bags filled to the brim with well over a dozen species.

    Then hurricane Helene hit.

I managed to save my plants, but I lost power for 9 days. (No running water for 6)

The water from the cooler infiltrated the bags and my entire harvest was destroyed!

I literally cried, but it was more about everything else going on.

My habanero plant has 36 peppers on it, and most turned orange in the past couple of days. My Serranos and jalapenos are doing well.

I just harvested 8 red ghosts yesterday.

    I’m glad I didn’t lose everything!

Those are pretty crazy peppers. I like the aesthetic!

    Enjoy

I’m growing some right now in a hydroponic garden. Glad to see somebody else with them!

They are ripe – but I’m pretty sure those are Thor’s Thunderbolt, not pink tiger. Pink tiger are smoother.
