My oven glass is finally arriving! 🥳 so this may be the last batch of english muffins I make for a while.

These are rosemary and gruyère and multi grain varieties made using a poolish.

Please do, they look wonderful! I’ve only made English Muffins a couple times in general and always felt they came out pretty mediocre.
