Have you looked into making super citrus juice? You can get 8-10 times the amount of juice per lime with maybe a 5-10% quality dropoff from fresh squeezed, and almost a week of extra usable shelf life. Leagues better than the bottled stuff, and a fraction of the effort of 100% fresh

I juice 40L of lemons and 15L of limes twice a week on the sunkist juicer and it’s just fine by me to get paid super well to do it. One of the easiest prep tasks imo. (Dishy takes care of the garbages so that makes it easier).
