Harvest Time! Today was my last day of summer so I celebrated an incredible gardening season with this beautiful harvest. I GREW CORN! I know that the ears of corn are pretty pathetic but I honestly didn’t think I would get any this year because it’s my first year ever growing corn. I’m pretty proud of myself. Today’s harvest was 14 pounds of food from my garden that I will preserve to feed my family all year long. #harvesttime #gardenharvest #growyourownfood #backyardgarden #gardening #harvest #growfood #harvesting #harvesttime #growyourownfood #gardenharvest #tomatoes #tomatoharvest

  1. When i subscribe your channel, you had 2.5k subscribers but now you have 115k subscribe. It has been a long journey and i thoroughly enjoyed each and every part of your video. Keep doing mam. ❤

  2. to improve your corn; plant at least 4 rows deep. Your corn wasn't fully pollinated and that is why you had no kernels on the tops of the cob. doing 4 or more rows will improve that greatly. each kernel that develops requires one grain to fall on one strand of silk. it is wind and gravity pollinated so multiple rows increases the odds of successful pollination.

  3. I miss heirloom tomatoes. 15 years ago you could go to ANY farmer's market and find tons of varieties… even the markets in SoCal don't have them anymore. AUGH

  4. I love the way you say "harvest time" and telling the names of the veggies.. thank you… Love from India
