Ran it back after a crappy first round. When I say crappy, meaning it took forever, over 2 hours a pound. This cook was a 12 pounder at around 15 hours. Cooked to 175. Wrapped. Pulled it at 205. This one is money doooode

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Alright I’m new here. First of all that looks amazing. Second I’m in the market for this exact smoker. What would be the pros and cons you see so far?
