My favorite meal lately! Spinach, boiled egg whites, dressing. I have a pretty simple palate so sorry there’s not enough variety in my salad: This is what I like! It’s totally customizable to fit other people’s likes!
Calorie details- I don’t count calories from vegetables that are almost entirely nutrients, need some foods that are “free”, so this might be closer to like 165? I am still happy.
Recommend adding chicken, I didn’t have any on hand or supplementing with protein shake!
