Ingredients:
5 chicken thighs
BBQ Sauce:
1 cup canned tomato sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup molasses
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard
3/4 tsp liquid smoke
1.5 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Directions:
1. Combine the ingredients for your BBQ in a bowl or measuring cup.
2. Place your chicken thighs in the Crock-Pot and coat with 3/4 sauce.
3. Cook your thighs on high for 3-4 hours (don’t cook beyond 4 hours).
4. Remove the chicken from the Crock-Pot and shred using two forks. It should break apart easily.
5. Coat with the remaining bbq sauce or leave on the side for serving. Enjoy!
