I canceled HelloFresh forever ago. I've been on call with support twice. I've blocked them and they still keep trying to charge me from different locations because I guess they don't understand because of them I changed my debit card number halfway through.

This has been a pattern since January. Are ypu OK HelloFresh…I have someone ypu can talk to…it's called Better Help.

    Do you think subscription companies don’t try to charge customer if they think the customer won’t notice?

    Its a dirty game. I have seen it happen first hand in a US multinational and people in that company deliberately didn’t want those things documented anywhere in case they get caught.

    Did you receive a final box that they didn’t get their money for? Like you ordered and canceled, thenX it bounced but you still got the food. I don’t use or like HF anymore, but the way it looks in your image is like a business is trying to charge an overdue payment.
