Would you see these and think the filling is sloppy? For an order I’d normally be a little more intentional with filling, but these were originally for a farmer’s market and I wasn’t as careful with how the filling looks. If you saw this on IG or FB, would you think they look sub-par or pretty?

I would think these are pretty and would buy them because I can actually see the filling. I’ve had macarons from bakeries and cafes with so little filling I forget it’s there. This looks like a balanced amount of filling to cookie ratio! ☺️
These look beautiful and I would definitely not think they were sub-par. They do not look that way in the least. However, if I saw this picture on ig, I would assume the page belonged to a home baker and not a professional. I would honestly be disappointed to receive this set if I were to pay $$$ for an order.
Nope, these look incredible.
Id probably just rotate some and retake the picture for advertising on other platforms, but these don’t look bad at all. The feet are really even and the filling to cookie ratio is perfect
